COLLECTION OF DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

When you visit our website, data is automatically collected by our server and the following data is stored in the log files of our system:

Personal data will not be directly assigned to a specific user, which means that individual site visitors will not be identified. We collect this data based on our legitimate interest to further optimize the technology, to ensure the connection to our website, to ensure the availability of our web services and for other administrative purposes. If necessary, anonymized information is evaluated for statistical purposes, but this in turn does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about specific or identifiable persons.

(1) Contact form

You can contact us at any time using our contact form. In doing so, you give us your consent for the purpose of contacting you. A correct e-mail address or telephone number is required for this contact. Without this information, it is not possible for us to contact you. Further optional information may enable us to respond better to your request. If your request has been processed by us and there is no reason to continue processing this data, it will be deleted automatically.

(2) Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter or after the purpose no longer applies. We reserve the right to delete or block e-mail addresses from our newsletter distribution list at our own discretion within the scope of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.

After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your e-mail address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist if this is necessary to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You can object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.

This could be, for example, your IP address, the browser you use to access our website, your operating system and other data. Cookies are generally used to facilitate the use of the website for the user and to enable a perfect display of our services. Cookies cannot start programs or transmit viruses to your system. Under no circumstances will the data collected by us be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. However, you can deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser to notify you as soon as cookies are sent. Cookiebot then stores a cookie in your browser to be able to assign the consents you have given or revoke them. The data collected in this way is stored until you ask us to delete it, delete the Cookiebot cookie yourself or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Cookiebot is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
